Hi, long time no see! So here’s what’s happened:

SW (7.1.2012): 66,6 kg / 147 lbs

CW (1.2.2012): 64,9 kg / 143 lbs

Weight lost this week: -0,1 kg / 0,2 lbs

Weight lost in total: -1,7 kg / 3,7 lbs

… So basically nothing, but I saw that coming. As I said last week, my friend hosted a party on Saturday and yes, I drank alcohol and ate plenty of greasy, fatty food at the party + on Sunday when I was hungover. Oh how I had missed fried noodles and spring rolls…

Good news is that I still lost some weight! And now I’m back on track, although I might have made some carrot cake.
